The Electrical Electronics and Engineering branch in this college was started in the year 1993 with the aim of a role model department in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The Department has highly qualified and dedicated faculty with 2 senior professors. The performance of our students in the university examinations in the past years has been very good. The department has secured first rank in the years 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002. The department has the following major well-equipped laboratories to offer advanced practical training in the field of Electrical Technology. Machine Laboratory, Applied Electronics Laboratory , Electric Circuits and Electronics Design Laboratory and Computer Simulation Laboratory.

               The Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (AEEE)in this college was started on 30^th September 1996. Since its inception, AEEE is involved in organizing national level paper contests in emerging areas, technical workshops , quiz competitions , group discussions, personality development programmes and inter-college competitions to promote awareness in the latest development in Electrical Engineering. Career guidance programme and entrepreneurship awareness programme were also carried out through AEEE. The department has separate library having a collection of 300 books in various areas of Electrical and Electronics, which are used by staff and students for their day–to-day reference. Thus the department plays an important role in NICE campus to impart technical education for the students.
