EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE
The Chairman and Members of the Noorul Islam Educational Trust, the Managing Director and Staff of the Noorul Islam Dental & Multispeciality Hospital (NIMS) and the Principals and Staff of the Noorul Islam College of Engineering, Kumaracoil, Noorul Islam College of Arts & Science, Kumaracoil, and the Noorul Islam Polytechnic College, Punkarai, express with immense pleasure their sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India and the Hon’ble President and the Secretary of Dental Council of India, New Delhi for granting official permission to start the NOORUL ISLAM COLLEGE OF DENTAL SCIENCE at NICE Garden, Aralumoodu, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram Dist. (Vide Order No. F.No. V12017/39/2005-PMS/DE dated 12.07.2006)
The Trust is about to start a Dental College at Neyyattinkara, near Trivandrum, in Kerala state for which the permission of the Govt. of Kerala and that of the Kerala University have been obtained already. Now the Trust is awaiting the approval of the Dental Council of India. The proposed Dental College is situated in the National High way (NH47) and with in the municipal limits. As per the Dental Council of India norms all the conditions and requirements have been fulfilled for the first year of the course.
A multispeciality Hospital NIMS (Noorul Islam Multispeciality Hospital) is situated in the Dental College campus. This Hospital has been functioning since March 2005.
